PrimeNet
The PrimeNet application service combines recording, transportation, format conversion and editing of current video items in one end-to-end system solution. High-quality mobile radio cameras such as the Nokia N93 or N95 provide the technical basis for the system.
The video is streamed to the video portal while it is still being recorded; it is converted into the desired target format there and is given a basic set of metadata so that it can be located, re-edited or forwarded to editing systems or web sites at any time.
These features mean that PrimeNet is targeted at industrial firms, administrative bodies and - of course - media enterprises, freelance journalists and camera operators.
